Croyde apartments moving forward again

After the enforced closure of our site in Croyde, Pearce Construction have reopened the site following the guidance from the government to ensure the safety of all those involved. It was nice for some of the OCRA team to be able to attend site and see the project moving again. The scheme is really starting to take shape now with the double height spaces being fully formed with the master bedroom screens being installed showing how the view over the double height space will be framed.

Externally the render and hung slate is going on and starting to show the external material pallete of the building with the stone work that was completed prior to the lock down. It will great to see how the building takes shape over the coming weeks / months as the scaffolding starts to be dropped and the landscaping starts to get underway.
