Have you wondered if the land you own might be suitable for development? If you live in the North Devon and Torridge local authority districts, now is definitely the time to investigate.
North Devon and Torridge District Councils have put a call out for new land for development as part of their current and emerging planning policy for the area. The Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) is a formal process where people who feel they have land that may be suitable for development can put this forward to the council for consideration for it to be formally adopted as development land in the future.
This process enables the land to become a strategic asset in the planning process and significantly increases the chances of obtaining planning permission on your land.
No idea where to start? In collaboration with one of the south-west's leading planning consultants, we are hoping we can help.
We are offering a free initial assessment, using the combined experience of our architecture and planning consultant teams, on the likely chances of your land being suitable for inclusion within future planning policy.
If you then wish to progress matters further, we offer a service providing the required information you need to present your land in the best possible way to the local council for consideration, along with a strategic plan for the site.
