Innovative architectural design with BIM, CGI & VR

Integrating the latest visualisation technologies into our design process means we deliver a service that is not only more efficient but also deeply collaborative and client-focused.

Building information modelling (BIM)

BIM is at the heart of our architectural process, providing a comprehensive digital representation of a building’s physical and functional characteristics. This technology allows us to create detailed 3D models that integrate structural, mechanical, and design elements into one cohesive system.

BIM streamlines collaboration between our studio and the engineers and contractors we work alongside, by centralising all project data in a single platform. This minimizes errors, reduces rework, and improves project efficiency.

As a client, you gain access to a clear and accurate visual representation of your project, complete with cost and timeline predictions. This transparency enables better decision-making and helps us to help you realise your project vision within budgetary and time constraints.

Computer-Generated Imagery

Our studio produces high-quality CGI renderings to showcase your project’s design with stunning visual detail. From photorealistic images to dynamic walkthroughs, CGI is an invaluable tool in capturing the essence of your vision.

The beauty of such high quality visualisation is that we are able to capture so many details about the final appearance of your project, such as materials, lighting and textures, before any construction begins. This reduces any uncertainty or worries you might have and allows for confident choices and adjustments to be made during the relatively early stages of the project - saving both time and money down the line.

Virtual Reality and 360 Virtual Tours

We use VR to bring our designs to life, allowing clients to step inside their future spaces before construction begins.

This provides an unparalleled level of immersion; offering a realistic sense of scale, flow and atmosphere. It is an invaluable tool in allowing clients to really understand and 'live' the spaces, and often produces vital feedback, ensuring every detail aligns with expectation.
