Inheriting this project at technical delivery stage, we worked with the Community Trust to provide a high-level overview of client-supplied sketch internal layouts, and assessment of compliance with building regulation sand additional relevant guiding bodies.
Our appointment included the development of pre-existing planning drawings into the technical phase of the project, and overseeing the construction on site. Working with consultancy firm Ward William Associates and Whitebox, who provided construction management services, we are part of an approach that seeks to drive up quality and give cost and time certainty to the scheme to ensure it can be completed for the complex stakeholder group.
This project delivers a mix of facilities for Plymouth Argyle, Plymouth Athletics Club and Plymouth Albion Rugby Club as well as community facilities for the city and we have been delighted to be part of the delivery of this regeneration project.
